A Very Special Kiss

 

I received the Kiss while lying in bed

It had come from one whom I thought to be dead

 

At that moment it all became clear

that death is really nothing to fear

because the ones we love are still quite near

 

I felt much joy when I received that kiss

It had come from one whom I truly miss

 

the remembrance of that kiss is here to stay

because I will think of it every single day

 

I have fond memories of that night

A night that started with sorrow

but turned to joy

 

Joy is in the world and love surrounds us

I got all this

Just from a kiss

 

the world is filled with love and Hope

I know this now

because this was indeed

a very special kiss
